Best Melbourne parks for jogger prams
A jogger pram transforms a normal park loop into a proper workout. Here are the routes that PAT parents love most.
Top routes
Albert Park Lake (3.3 km loop) — Completely flat, well-surfaced, and busy with other pram-runners on weekend mornings.
Princes Park Circuit (3.2 km) — Gravel path around the oval, good lighting for early-morning runs, kiosk on weekends.
Gardiner's Creek Trail (up to 17 km) — For longer runs through the eastern suburbs. Connects multiple playgrounds.
Yarra Bend (various) — Undulating riverside trails for a more scenic challenge.
Safety reminders
Always use the wrist strap. Keep to the left on shared paths. Check tyre pressure before long runs.
